Key Account Manager Europe (m/f/x)

Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager Europe who wants to sell our VR products and provide our customers with a unique learning experience. You will get the opportunity to shape a company that is leading a new VR simulator standard and work in an ambitious and agile team, with backgrounds in psychology, storytelling, and software development.

Conditions and Benefits
  • A gross target salary between 80.000€ to 100.000€ per year (fixed salary + commission; overpayment possible)

  • Permanent full-time contract (38,5h/week)
  • Starting date as soon as possible

  • Free English classes together with your team colleagues
  • Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition
  • Acquire new customers and build strong customer relationships
  • Develop existing customers (focus customers are the top 500 global Pharma and Life Science Corporates) and support them through the roll outs
  • Participate in market observation and market analysis
  • Work closely with the product team to continually improve the product-market fit
  • 5+ years of professional sales experience
  • Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing companies 
  • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and mentality 
  • Willingness to travel to client and partner sites
  • Fluency in English and German
