Role Description
As a
Product Owner / Product Manager for Training Content Delivery, you will be responsible for managing the
full lifecycle of training content across various delivery formats—from VR simulations to e-learnings, videos, and blended learning experiences. Your goal is to ensure that training content is
engaging, effective, and seamlessly integrated into our platform and customer ecosystems.
You will serve as the
key interface between instructional design, content creation, product development, and customers, aligning learning objectives with scalable and compliant training content solutions.

With a
customer-centric mindset, you define and drive the development of training content that delivers measurable value to the pharmaceutical industry. You’ll collaborate with the
Product, Go-to-Market, and Subject Matter Expert teams to build a high-impact training portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining and owning the content delivery strategy, ensuring consistency across training methodologies (VR, e-learning, video, etc.)
- Translating customer needs into clear training content requirements, aligned with instructional design, SME input, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with instructional UX designers, architects, and developers to plan and implement new training content.
- Owning, prioritizing, and managing the backlog for training content features, balancing technical and business needs.
- Analyzing customer feedback and usage data to drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Ensuring seamless integration of content into the Innerspace ecosystem in coordination with Product and Tech teams
- Maintaining focus on quality, scalability, compliance, and performance
- Working closely with pharmaceutical customers to understand their training context and validation requirements
- Fostering an environment in which the cross-disciplinary SCRUM team can excel and deliver features within set timelines and push the product to the next level.
- Ensuring all training content solutions are properly documented to meet industry validation standards
- Embracing change, asking the right questions, and making bold decisions to achieve product and company goals
