Role Description

As a Multimedia Content Creator at Innerspace, you'll play a crucial role in transforming educational experiences for pharmaceutical manufacturing. Your mission is to create multimedia content that captivates and educates, aligning with our innovative learning methodologies and visual corporate identity. Collaborating closely with subject matter experts, you'll ensure the accuracy and relevance of our materials. Responsibilities

• Capture and edit videos of manufacturing processes at customer locations worldwide.
• Create multimedia content for blended learning courses that aligns with educational objectives and our methodology, including:
  • Producing engaging training videos that captivate learners.
  • Create interactive presentations for workshops.
• Work closely with the product team and subject matter experts to guarantee the content's accuracy and relevance, enhancing its educational value.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in multimedia content creation and e-learning technologies. Apply this knowledge creatively to advance our content development process.

Requirements

• Expertise in video editing, with a structured approach to managing multiple sequences and consistently delivering high-quality designed training videos.
• Expertise in using multimedia editing tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office
• Strong proficiency in graphic design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and an understanding of graphic design principles
• Proficient in operating a wide range of camera equipment for both filming and photography
• Knowledge in other design and multimedia software is appreciated
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team to meet tight deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality and impactful work
• Good communication skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms
